Return Policy
Authorization Required
- Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Final Sale Items
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for the following items:
- Herbs
- Oils
- Body Essentials (sprays, lotions, balms, etc.)
- Clothing
- Earrings
- Calendars
- Closeouts and Sale Items
- Handmade Special Orders
- Edibles, snacks, consumables
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once authorized, return the item within 7 business days.
- Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Use UPS, USPS Priority, or Regular Mail. Contact us for specific return shipping instructions.
Restocking Fees
- Standard Returns: A minimum 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds cover the purchase price only, excluding shipping, insurance, and restocking fees.
- Order Adjustments: A 10% restocking fee applies to order adjustments if items are removed. To avoid this fee, you may choose to receive a credit on your account.
Exchanges
- Exchanges incur a minimum 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns and reshipments are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
- Packaged and Shipped Orders: Minimum 15% restocking fee if the order is packaged, labeled, or has shipped.
- Unprocessed Orders: A 10% restocking fee applies if the order has not been processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Contact us immediately if your package is damaged, lost, or if you have other concerns.
Incorrect Address and Refused Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, you are responsible for additional shipping and handling fees to reship the package.
- If you choose not to reship, you will be refunded minus restocking fees and shipping/handling costs.
International Returns
- No refunds for international returns or refused packages. We cannot obtain the package.
